- SENSE: Your body has a voice. Aches, pains, stiffness, headaches are signs that your body needs attention. Are you listening or do you suppress symptoms and early warning signs of health imbalances with artificial substances or stimulants?
- NOURISH: Food is your body’s medicine. Are you giving your body ‘A’ grade fuel to ensure optimal performance at work and in life? 75% of fitness is what you put in your mouth!
- BREATHE: The quality of your breathing is essential to good health. When we are stressed breathing becomes shallow, the immune system is suppressed, the mind becomes chaotic, and digestion is compromised.
