Monica Linford is the Founder of The ChiBall Method™- a holistic exercise programme developed through a life-long commitment to fitness training and study of traditional Chinese medicine.
Monica has a background in classical ballet, contemporary dance, yoga and professional fitness concepts. The natural approach to being well came as a result of Monica’s own struggle with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the challenge to recoup her own vitality and energy.
The ChiBall Method was developed through a life-long commitment to dance, fitness training and her four year study of oriental medicine. In 1998 Monica relocated to the UK to launch the ChiBall Method™ teacher training programme.
The ChiBall Method™ has been the catalyst for changing the lives of master trainers and students. It has helped them acquire a deeper knowledge about themselves, connected them to people and taken them to places they would have never imagined.
Monica, who spent 15 years researching and developing the ChiBall Method and since 1998 has personally presented at International Conferences and ChiBall teacher training intensives in over 12 countries introducing her amazing concept into the lives of thousands of students.

In the Wellness At Work In Your Life workshop you learn the five easy Wellness Warrior steps for contributing to your health and wellbeing.
- MOVE - learn what the East says about exercise and what the West recommends. There is another dimension to movement that will help you appreciate why exercise really enhances your health and fitness. Learn how simple movements can greatly contribute to your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
- SENSE - are you on the threshold of health imbalance? Your body is constantly relaying messages to get your attention. Do you suppress its voice or take heed? Learn ways to fine-tune your awareness and raise sensitivity to your body's voice.
- NOURISH - Are you eating to live or living to eat? Everything you put in your mouth will either enhance your health or harm it! Nutrition basics are discussed and workshopped. 75% of your fitness is defined by what you put in your mouth!
- BREATHE - 15 breaths a minute or more can be an indication of how stressed you are. Learn an easy breathing exercise to unravel stress, detach and relax.
- RELAX - find out why relaxation is the ultimate link to creativity, power and success. When you are relaxed you heal, rejuvenate and enjoy life.
You complete your workshop experience by designing your own Wellness Warrior strategy for creating balance in your life.
