My goal as a speaker is to share uncomplicated health strategies based on timeless secrets that can help revive flagging energy, slow ageing and enrich physical, mental and emotional year in, year out.
My wake-up call to wellness began in 1991 with a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. An introduction to Michael Porter – a South Australian based Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), initiated an interest which then became a passion for learning more about Oriental medicine and its timeless practices. Until I encountered this ancient wisdom I had no platform for understanding how I could achieve balance in both health and in life.
This life-changing health challenge inspired me to create a holistic exercise programme “The ChiBall Method”; offer talks and conversations as the “Wellness Warrior”, and invent a new and soon to be launched concept, “WU-WELLNESS”.
Life for so many of us can be stressful and time poor, therefore implementing change and incorporating new health enhancing habits from food, to exercise and lifestyle choices has to be easy.
