One-to-one sessions
WuPilates integrates modern Pilates with a variety of other practices such as Feldenkrais Method, Franklin Method, breathing, and deep relaxation for a unique approach to therapeutic movement and exercise.
One-to-one sessions can address specific conditions such as back, hip and knee pain, general joint stiffness and muscle weaknesses, aid recovery from surgery or be used to enhance sport performance.
Focused one-to-one instruction cultivates a deeper understanding of how you are moving and highlights lifestyle and postural habits that may be creating a myriad of physical symptoms.
Group Matwork Classes

WuPilates Matwork Classes integrate modern Pilates with a variety of other practices such as Feldenkrais Method, Franklin Method, breathing, and deep relaxation for a unique approach to therapeutic movement and exercise.
The WuPilates approach simplifies the traditional series of exercises to ensure they are safe and effective. Repetition of these foundation exercises cultivates skill and efficient movement patterns which then promotes natural progression to the more advanced moves and exercises.
This foundation work applies to all levels whether you are a skilled athlete or trying Pilates for the first time. Foundation Pilates is especially relevant if you are recovering from an injury or a surgical procedure. Less is definitely more!
Please note: Matwork classes cannot address specific chronic or acute conditions such as long term back, hip and knee pain, general joint stiffness and muscle weaknesses, or recovery from surgery. A one-to-one consultation will be necessary prior to joining a group class.
